1. Who we are

Space Studio ("we", "us") operates this website and sells digital products and services for creators using Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN).

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Purchases

Prices are shown before checkout and may change at any time; changes never affect orders already placed. Payments are processed by our payment provider. When payment is confirmed, the purchased products are added to your library.

4. Digital products and licences

Products are licensed, not sold. Your rights to use each product are set out in the License Agreement and any product-specific licence shown on the product page.

5. Updates

Where a product page states that updates are included, you receive future versions at no additional cost while the product is maintained. We may discontinue a product; you keep access to the versions you were entitled to.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Digital Product Refund Policy, which does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Third-party platforms

Space Studio is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite, Unreal Engine and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for complying with Epic Games' terms, island creator rules and content guidelines when publishing.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after changes means you accept them.
