Digital Product Refund Policy

Overview

Digital purchases are generally considered final once access to the digital content has been granted or files have been downloaded, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.

When we will help

• Faulty or not as described: if a product does not work as described on its product page and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, contact us for a repair, replacement or refund.
• Duplicate purchases: our store prevents buying a product you already own. If a duplicate charge happens anyway, we will refund it.
• Not yet accessed: if you have not downloaded any files from your purchase, contact us and we will review the request.

Your statutory rights

Some jurisdictions (for example, the EU and UK) give consumers specific rights for digital content. Where you have agreed that delivery may begin immediately and acknowledged that this ends your withdrawal right, the right to cancel may no longer apply — but rights for faulty digital content always remain. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.

How to request

Open a ticket on our Discord or email support@spacestudio.gg with your order number (e.g. SP-1042). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

After a refund

A full refund removes the refunded products from your library, and the licence for them ends.
