Prices and currency

Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Your bank may apply conversion fees.

Taxes

Where required, sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you pay.

Payment methods

Payments are processed securely by PayPal (and, where offered, Stripe). Depending on your device and location you can pay with your PayPal balance, bank account, card and other supported methods. We never see or store full card numbers.

Order confirmation

Your order is complete when the payment provider confirms payment. You'll receive a receipt by email and the products appear in your library.

Promo codes

Promo codes can't be exchanged for cash, can be limited in time and number of uses, and can't be applied after purchase.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge — we can usually resolve problems quickly. Access to products may be suspended while a chargeback is open and removed if it is decided in your favour.
