Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, avatar (if you sign in with Google), account creation and last sign-in dates.
• Order data: products purchased, prices paid, discounts, taxes, payment status and the payment provider's reference. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Download records: which product version you downloaded and when, with a coarse device and browser type, to protect against abuse and support you.
• Reviews you choose to publish.
• Privacy-friendly analytics: page and product views counted with a daily-rotating anonymous identifier. We do not store IP addresses for analytics and do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To provide your account and library, process payments, deliver updates, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the store.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers acting for us (payments, email delivery, hosting, file storage), or when required by law.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax law. You can ask us to delete your account; we will delete or anonymise data we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete or object to processing of your data. Contact privacy@spacestudio.gg.
